Q+A

  • What will you cover in this course?

In this course, we will be looking at how to play arpeggios on the guitar neck in a variety of different positions/fingerings. Each example will include detailed explanations of the theory behind the chords/arpeggios, as well as provide in-depth fingering diagrams (In TAB notation). The idea is that you learn these arpeggios to develop your own ability as a guitar soloist.

  • How difficult would you say this course is?

A wide range of material will be covered in this course, from basic to advanced arpeggio concepts. We begin by looking at basic triad arpeggios and how to efficiently use them. We then continue by looking at intermediate level 7th chord arpeggios and a wide variety of fingerings for these arpeggios. Finally, we look at how to utilize all of these arpeggios over chord progressions by implementing more advanced voiceleading concepts.
